Hello Friends of Siskiyou Christian School:

The response to late November “Friends of Siskiyou Christian School” information letter was very good. Many people have contributed financially and by praying for the school. All these wonderful contributions are greatly appreciated. And again, there is need for volunteers who will assist is all the little ways.

As we begin the month of March, there are many areas of the school for you to consider and to pray for:

New students: the Board of Directors for the Siskiyou Christian school has decided to add two new grades next year: Kindergarten and Sixth. We need an additional teacher and students to fill those grades.

Spring Auction April 23^rd at the Mt Shasta Resort. This has become an annual event and the primary money making effort for the school. Please consider among the following:

ATTEND THE AUCTION/DINNER and, plan to spend lots of money!!

The dinner itself does not make money, but your bidding and purchasing do and it is lots of fun.

MAKE AN ITEM FOR THE AUCTION: There have been many wonderful hand crafted items in the past and they sell well.

PURCHASE AN ITEM TO BE AUCTIONED: The local merchants are wonderful about donating, but they are asked so frequently that it is great when we can purchase something from them for the auction.

For those of you who would like to see something tangible for your contributions, the school rooms badly need new floor covering. Perhaps you would like to contribute a sturdy swing apparatus or a new computer and soft ware.
